We accept refund requests for items that are damaged or defective and incorrect shipped.

You can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• It should be unused and unwashed.
• The product should be in the original condition, unaltered or without any sort of damage whatsoever.
• The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present
• Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 10 days of receiving the product. Refund requests submitted after this time frame will not be considered.

• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 – 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
